Sri Venugopalacharyaru is the Poorvashrama Brother of Vadeendraru.
Venugopalacharyaru had three sons, all the three became sanyasis of Rayara Mutt Parampare in different period. They are :
1. Purushottamacharyaru — Sri Vasudendra Tirtharu
2. Balaramacharyaru — Sri Varadendra Tirtharu
3. Lakshminarayanacharyaru — Sri Bhuvanendra Tirtharu

Ashrama Shishyaru – Sri Varadendra Tirtharu
Ashrama Period – 1750-1761
He has written vyakyaana for Gurugunastavana. He spent most of his tenure at Mantralaya. During his period Ramabhopala named landlord gave daana of Somanahalli village. Adavani Navab Sabduljang Bahadoor gave the paper documents of Mantralaya in favour of Mantralaya Rayara Mutt.
Route to Kenchanagudda – River Tunghabhadra is at her best at Kenchanagudda. To reach Kenchangudda, from Bellary take the road to Siruguppa.
Before entering proper Siruguppa, on the left (immediately besides petrol bunk), a road leads to Kenchanagudda which is about 4 Km away and the Vrindavana is 2 Km from there.
